Join NYC REACH program experts for a live question and answer session about quality improvement and practice transformation programs. This session will be hosted virtually through WebEx.

Experts will be available to answer questions about:

  • NY Medicaid EHR Incentive Program: Meaningful Use Stage 3 Objectives

  • NY Medicaid EHR Incentive Program: Meaningful Use Pre-Attestation Administrative Tasks

  • New York State Patient-Centered Medical Home
